On June 14, 2022, the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors approved Interim Urgency Ordinance NO. 4436, which puts a pause on the issuance of short-term rental permits until 7/29/2022. Applications received after the approval of the emergency ordinance will be subject to the applicable fees and requirements in compliance with amendments of San Bernardino County Chapter 84.28, which take effect on 7/28/2022.
