Thank you to those who attended public outreach meetings and sent emails about the Short-Term Rental (STR) Study, which evaluated the impacts of short term rentals on existing housing stock. After many months of research, analysis, and community outreach, the County has completed its STR Study.
We will hold a virtual meeting on November 16, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. to present the study’s findings and hear your thoughts in advance of County staff’s planned December presentation to the Board of Supervisors. The meeting link and details will be posted on 11/13/23. The research, data, and analysis prepared by the County’s consultants (Granicus and PlaceWorks), is available for download below.
