The code requires that STR surrounding property owners be notified any time there is a change in occupancy, 24/7 contact name, and/or phone number.
As of July 1, 2025, Surrounding Property Owner Notification Fee is $259.
An additional $60 fee may be applicable if modifications to Permit is outside of the Renewal process.
